If someone is hurt, in danger, has fallen and can’t get up, can’t be woken, or can’t breathe

If you’re in crisis, or wish you weren’t here, or are worried about someone, or about what you might do

Free, any hour. In Spanish: press 2, or text AYUDA to 988. Deaf or hard of hearing: dial 711 then 988, or use the 988 videophone in ASL at 988lifeline.org. Veterans: dial 988, then press 1.

Poison Help

For a medication mistake or anything swallowed. If the person collapses, has a seizure, has trouble breathing or can’t be woken, call 911.

National Domestic Violence Hotline
